HOW MANY PARKING STALLS ARE AVAILABLE?

One (1) ADA parking stall, and Eight non-reserved parking stalls. Due to the staggered use of the Suites, parking is ample and a “good neighbor” rules apply. There are several parking stalls are available on Finch.

ARE YOU UTILITIES INCLUDED?

Electricity and janitorial twice per month is included.

IS INTERNET INCLUDED?

No. Comcast and Centurylink are available at the building, and tenants can set the router in the basement.

HOW OFTEN DO THE JANITORS COME IN?

Twice per month.

WHO CAN USE THE KITCHENETTE AND BATHROOMS ON THE FIRST FLOOR?

All tenants can use the bathrooms on the first floor.

IS THERE HEAT AND AIR CONDITIONING?

Mini-split electric heat and air conditioning for Suites A, B, C and D. Electric baseboard for Suites G and H.

IS STORAGE AVAILABLE

Dead storage is available in the basement for a fee upon request. The basement is not heated.
